米是上天賜給我們的食物!又可以飽肚,原來又可以養生!
食飯都可以養生?唔係呀化?
我們每天也會吃飯,真係有益?而家唔係叫人食少啲澱粉質咩?
其實,米也分好多種,選擇啲升醣指數無咁高咪得囉!
白米同糙米,以升醣指數比較,糙米的升醣指數係50,而白米的升醣指數係89。咁即係糙米嘅控制血糖的能力較白米好。
除糙米的升醣指數較優勝,它的纖維含量也比白米高:
白米:100克含0.4克纖維
糙米:100克含1.8克纖維
纖維較高的食物,大多是升醣指數較低。

Rice is the food that heaven has given us! It can fill up your belly and also keep you healthy! 
We eat rice every day but is it really beneficial? 
Nowadays, the philosophy of eating less carbohydrate is the trend?
In fact, there are many types of rice. The key of choosing the right rice, is the Glycemic index!

The glycemic index of brown rice is 50, whereas the glycemic index of white rice is 89.  It means brown rice has better ability to control blood sugar than white rice.

In addition, brown rice fiber content is higher than white rice:

White rice: 0.4 grams of fiber per 100 grams of rice

Brown rice: 1.8 grams of fiber per 100 grams of rice

Foods with higher fiber are usually lower glycemic index.
After all, should we start to consume brown rice? 🤔
